CCTV Systems

A CCTV system is a very effective deterrent against burglary, vandalism or arson. It also provides evidence that can be used to secure a conviction in Court. Bedfordshire Alarms offers both analogue and IP systems which can be wired or wire-free.

Wired Systems

These systems connect the camera to the recording device and monitor via a coaxial cable. The advantages of this system are good quality images, real time moving playback, cameras located hundreds of metres from the recording equipment, and all the sensors can be run from a single power source.

Wire-Free Systems

These systems offer quick and easy installation, flexibility regarding location and the ability to relocate cameras. Their recording and monitoring features do not need to be in the same line of sight. This allows for the monitoring of all areas from another location.

Analogue or IP CCTV

Analogue cameras have been used for over 20 years and used to have limited video quality, and was often not clear enough to ensure conviction in court. This has changed considerably  in recent years offering superb image quality with High Resolution cameras

IP CCTV systems use the latest developments in digital-imaging cameras to provide extremely high-quality images.
